Host an ITPI Fundraising Event
We greatly appreciate your desire to help us raise money to support ITPI’s mission. If you would like to organize and host a fundraising event on ITPI’s behalf, please complete and submit the short form below. By doing so, you agree that you will not use ITPI’s logo or name in connection with any event unless we have given you written permission to do so.
We will happily review your proposal. If we accept your proposal, we will notify you at least 4 weeks before the date of your event and we will send you a brief contract which sets forth the terms of our understanding for the fundraiser. We will also provide you with brochures for your event(s), if you request them.
If we have not accepted your proposal, it is most likely due to one or more of the following reasons: competing or duplicative events; our inability to confirm your contact information or company name (where applicable); we do not have sufficient information about your event; or we have determined that your event involves sexually explicit or obscene acts or materials or is otherwise deemed inappropriate as an ITPI fundraising event. If we are unable to approve your proposal at a given time, it is possible that we will be able to approve a revised proposal for a later date. We appreciate your commitment to help us.
